Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship from Indio, California, United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Standard shipping (US): estimated 3–7 business days

• All US orders are shipped tracked and insured

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Stay Reppin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stayreppin@icloud.com and we will make it right.
